Buttermilk Cornmeal Pancakes aka Hoecakes

Another delicious recipe from "Back in the day Bakery" cookbook. I added a tablespoon too much butter and they still turned out great! They aren't overly sweet by themselves, so eating them with a little butter and maple syrup (like you would a pancake) makes they perfect. They kind of remind me of eating a freshly made corn tortilla. Yum!
